We were sold a king mattress and box spring with two box springs that don't match. They are refusing to do anything about it! Seriously the worst company ever! Add comment

Went into Hanks Furniture on University Ave in Litle Rock, Ar. The door chimmed to let them know people had entered the store. One woman was setting at a desk, never looked up or said hello, can I help you, nothing. Totally ignored. We walked the entire store as she sat in her butt, no sales person came out. They had a white bedroom set I wanted. After walking thru the entire store and seeing the dust on everything and the dirty floors we left. Today I was provided with excellent service at Hanks Fine Furniture (Panama City,FL) and I truly appreciated it. Scott Rankin's level of professionalism and knowledge of the products on the floor exceeded all my expectations. Such a commitment to customer service should definitely be commended. We purchased furniture paid for it in full on 02/27/2016 Were told it would be at store withing a week and we would receive a call to schedule delivery furniture wont be here until several days after promised date and wont be able to be delivered until at least 5 days after that when delivery driver calls us to schedule a delivery which could take up to another 2 weeks depending on his schedule My husband received a text message with this info and no one gave anyone permission to text is was suppose to be a phone call I called and asked to... We Bought a Leather Couch with sleeper bed in it plus the Warranty with it as well. The sale receipt says Leather Couch as well, the sales person said nothing about top grain leather at all, because when I buy something leather wise I want 100%leather material throughout. They told my wife and I that they don't have too state it being I call false leather ( Which is leather that is so grounded up like glitter and glue on a piece of a different material and then dyed a color) It will peel and flake off and it will not hold up people stay away... On 1/17/16 we purchased new living room furniture costing over $3000.00 and set up delivery for 2/3/16. On 1/27/16 we received a phone call from our sales person who told us the shipment would not be in until 2/12/16. That's nine days past our delivery date and almost a month from purchase. I called immediately the home office and was told they would check into it. I received a phone call from the store manager explaining to me it was the vendors fault. A little disappointed in customer service. When my mom changed her mind at the last minute, there was a 30 min process, which for some reason ended up in her writing 2 checks, to be able to change the order. Another sales person asked her if she wanted to see color options and he was told in front of us by the man writing up our order to shut up about options.POOR COMMUNICATION ABOUT DELIVERY. Black guy that works at Bowman is racist. Followed me around the store, asked me several times if i needed help. I told him i was working with another salesman and just wanted to take a second look. (He wanted in on part of the sale). I asked him to please leave me alone. He came back at me in a rage, called me recist, and rude. I went to store management. They did nothing. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A HANKS STORE AGAIN. Read more

racist place to shop for furniture, upon stepping inside ( Little Rock Store on Bowman) no one greeted us but we were followed around the store as if we could stuff couch's and chairs in our pants, also the GM Stu and the other Manager Rick call their black employees monkeys as well as tell them they are in a circus or that they belong in a cage with the animals I was like wow.
