This place is an absolute joke! I have been trying to contact anyone who is somewhat educated on their mattress return/exchange policy after I was sent the wrong one! Not a single educated or even well spoken rep in the whole place. One chain smoking trash bag woman told me I was out of luck! Pathetic! Add comment

My furniture has been broken since the end of February. I have gotten the run around from Hanks since then. Supposedly the part was ordered and would be here the first of May. We bought furniture in Feb 2015 the furniture was supposed to be delivered in two to three weeks after repetitive calls after 5 weeks they delivered the partial order, they said the bed set will be delivered in two weeks, they said if they don't deliver the rest of the furniture on time they will take all the furniture back. I should have read the online reviews for Hank's "FINE" furniture prior to buying anything there. I bought a chair from looking at the floor model. The chair that was delivered has a huge upholstery defect. I should have refused delivery. Instead I noted it on the receipt that I signed. Employees need to better informed about delivery times and locations ...in ordering furniture we were told one date,and when that date arrived we were told another .im not an employee and dont know ordering time frames for your business. Hanks in little rock I order a sectional on march 8th. Eta was April 16. Pushed back till may 8th. No call nothing. I called them April 28 to find out it was pushed back till first of June. I bought a $3500. sectional from the mobile store. After 3 months the recliner bent, the frame broke and the massager doesn't massage the chair, it massages the frame which makes an awful noise.
