I went into Hanks today in Destin Fl. The sales person was not very friendly. I wanted to buy a chair from them and have them call the panama city store to see if they had another one just like it that I could buy. Had a brother that work there , always put in a 3 weeks notice when something came up never gave him the time off he need I guess when someone becomes manger they think they are God . Add comment

Horrible leather furniture ! Color is rubbing off within 6 mths of purchasing. Was told it's a new company they were trying & offered me another set from another co. Just left the Russellville, Arkansas store location. I was told by the assistant manager that he has never had a customer as rude as me. Probably not. We met my college aged daughter a few minutes after she thought she found a bed there. She told us they didn't have it in a full but they could get it by next week. I ordered a bedroom set at Hank's in Springfield, Mo and paid in full on 3/12/15. I received half of it on 3/31. One of the drawers under the bed was smashed & a guide rail for another drawer was missing. I reported it to the store with photos on 4/4. A claim was filed with the manufacturer for the drawer only. I am going through the same issue with the store located in Destin, Fl. This has been my worst buying experience EVER. It seems that Hank's fine furniture is only focused on numbers rather than customer service. Just getting a mattress delivered was a nightmare. I had to get a different contracting service to deliver my mattress. The manager was not helpful at all and he was the one who made the sale! This will be the last time I shop at Hank's "fine" furniture. Add comment
