Purchased a leather sectional. Paid over $1600. The delivery "boys" had no idea how to get the sectional in to our Condo so the just kept sliding it back and forth up the stairwell and the hall until I finally came out and instructed them on how to get the couch in the condo. Hanks in North Little Rock are big liars, there prices are high and they say they will match and when you find it a lot cheaper online they won't match. They found every reason in the book not to match... Be ware Hanks Fine Furniture is a rip off. Add comment

I too wont Be purchasing any more furniture from hanks unless i have it in full payment. Upon purchase i was not given their policy information in the least. Paid for one item in full and making payments for the other item. Husband and I bought two recliners. We were told that they would have to get them from another store. Three days later we were called to come pick up our chairs. They were not the same as the ones we tested in the store and did not last 6 months.
