We bought a leather living room set for 3500.00 the recliner was broke when delivered took a month to replace it then 6 months later broke again took almost 3 months to get the part then had to pay 25.00 before repairman would schedule appt time to fix it. Bought their top-of-the-line Westridge leather sofa and loveseat 4 years ago, along with the extended warranty. Within six months the color wore off the sofa where I normally sit. Took photos to the store and was told they would contact the mfr about my claim. Mfr denied the claim. I asked what about the warranty I purchased? The warranty doesn't cover fading. Seriously? Great furniture. Poor customer service (at least at the west Little Rock location). Would never get furniture there again!

Guess I should have read these BEFORE I mabe the purchase. Hanks Jonesboro ar, steve was a great guy to deal with. My wife and I paid cash for a love seat ( $1.084.00) it was the floor model. Loaded it, got it home, wife dident like it. I called to return and the manager ( Randy ) EXTREEMLY rude not interested in helping In any way. e also had a HORRIBLE experience! We ordered and it took WEEKS (months) to arrive. The first couch had 3 out of 4 pieces damaged within 2 weeks of having it so we sent it back. SECOND couch-which took forever to get because the "boat sank that was ca rrying it" is now FALLING APART (all less than 6 mo. old at was a $1,200 couch!) I have read most of these complaints and was really fascinated. I was considering shopping at Hanks until I read these reviews. While talking to a doctor about another doctor, he said,"after he gets sued a few times, he will learn". I am just an ordinary person but my advice is don't argue. Keep it short and sweet and if that does not work, see if you can get your local TV station to help. ... Read more

We had the best experience at Hank's in Pensacola,FL. We were looking for great quality dressers and Nick took the time to find us beautiful dressers and went out of his way to call the main store to find the matching pieces for our bedroom. Delivery promises not kept. I have paid for furniture I do not have and am told it will be yet another week. Meanwhile part of one of the pieces still not delivered was left on my front screened porch and is exposed to the elements. These people care nothing about customer satisfaction. Lesson learned. Stay away from this store!

Hanks furniture in Rogers Ar is the best furniture store ever! The people and management are awesome!!! Cant believe how easy it is to buy furniture there, they arent pushy. I recently visited the Hanks Furniture in Hot Springs, Ar, I am looking for a new recliner for my husband, the young man, Brad Hall was very helpful, and very polite and more than willing to take all the time I needed to check them out. When I finally decide exactly which one I want I will be going back to Hanks in hot Springs Ar to see Brad he was so helpful! Hanks, he's a keeper!!
