My elderly grandmother bought a sofa at Hanks in Springfield Mo & it took months before she got it after they told her it would be a couple of weeks. But the worst part was when we went to pick it up the store manager ( I didn't get her name) was very condescending & rude to my 82 year old grandmother all because she wanted to put a dab of water on the sofa to be sure it was scotch... We ordered Paula Dean livingroom furniture from Hank's in Mobile, Al. the week before Thanksgiving! I had my livingroom painted to match my new furniture, custom drapes. I was told that since I didn't/couldn't use my furniture warranty I would be due a refund since it be four (4) years. Upon calling and checking on the refund the Hank's rep first said that 1) the warranty was not for four years but five 2) the warranty would have to be discussed with the salesperson who is now in a different store 3) it would not be a refund it would be an in-store credit.... On Fri 2/13 I was to have furniture delivered in the morning time because I had to work in the afternoon I STRESSED THE importance of the delivery time and was set up with their independent delivery person so I would get my furniture that morning I waited a week and didn't get my furniture til 7 pm that night. Sherwood. Horrible! Do not shop here! Randy is a liar. Too much of a hassle with them. Tried to sell damaged table when I ordered new. Brought damaged anyway. First delivery was incomplete. Too much hassle!!! Not worth the bother for their cheap furniture. Add comment

Bought $7000 in furniture. Took 6 months to get a love seat that should have came with my sofa. Purchased a bed and the mattress is sagging. Called company 6 times they never returned my call. Will never do business there again!!! Add comment

First I felt we had gotten a good deal price wise even though the bedroom set had slit damage and had been discontinued. I had not noticed the public notice of the hours they delivered . We was told we was ordering complete living room set with tables and heated seats. We got sofa, no tables, & no heated seat. We ordered 2 hideaway beds. It was going to cost over $100 to deliver.
