We Bought a Leather Couch with sleeper bed in it plus the Warranty with it as well. The sale receipt says Leather Couch as well, the sales person said nothing about top grain leather at all, because when I buy something leather wise I want 100%leather material throughout. On 1/17/16 we purchased new living room furniture costing over $3000.00 and set up delivery for 2/3/16. On 1/27/16 we received a phone call from our sales person who told us the shipment would not be in until 2/12/16. That's nine days past our delivery date and almost a month from purchase. A little disappointed in customer service. When my mom changed her mind at the last minute, there was a 30 min process, which for some reason ended up in her writing 2 checks, to be able to change the order. Another sales person asked her if she wanted to see color options and he was told in front of us by the man writing up our order to shut up about options.POOR COMMUNICATION ABOUT DELIVERY. ... Black guy that works at Bowman is racist. Followed me around the store, asked me several times if i needed help. I told him i was working with another salesman and just wanted to take a second look. racist place to shop for furniture, upon stepping inside ( Little Rock Store on Bowman) no one greeted us but we were followed around the store as if we could stuff couch's and chairs in our pants, also the GM Stu and the other Manager Rick call their black employees monkeys as well as tell them they are in a circus or that they belong in a cage with the animals I was like wow. I purchased what I thought was a decent quality reclining sofa and love seat. "The Petersburg Collection", approximately 4 years ago. The love seat was the first to break. One of the arms separated from body and there is a big gap between the arm and the seat. Had a brother that work there , always put in a 3 weeks notice when something came up never gave him the time off he need I guess when someone becomes manger they think they are God . Add comment
