Purchased 4500 bedroom set paid cash, after the purchase was told that they made a mistake the funiture was not in stock...ask about the floor model was told that they could not hour later someone came in and was able to purchase a floor model item...i got it! was told funiture would be deliever in 2 wks.. ok 2 months later after weekly calling from me asking where is my funiture the store finally received part of the funiture... Hanks has great quality furniture and the buying experience is very high. Their execution from the sales point to delivery is the worst on the planet and I will NEVER but from the again. Multiple executes on delivery dates, midnight deliveries, slave labor wages on their delivery trucks, terrible customer service Thant cannot poosibly be beaten in every aspect.

Our second purchase from Hanks was made because of the service (which was great!)and price of our first purchase of bedroom furniture. We thought we could expect the same when it came to living room furniture.NOT! Long story made short the furniture was poorly made. On 9/9/16 my fiancee and myself visited the Bowman location, where we were greeted by Jared. He was very pleasant and helpful as we walked the store to find the perfect table for our bedroom. Purchase living ensemble from Hanks Fine Furniture in Hot Springs, AR. Once the deal was done on paper, all assistance and accountability for the process ended. Waited 4 days for furniture to be delivered for a fee of course. It is now after 6 pm of the delivery day and still no time frame when furniture will arrive. Delivery people called at 8:30 am to verify address and again at 11:25 am to verify address again. Frustrated about the situation... Read more

We bought a leather living room set for 3500.00 the recliner was broke when delivered took a month to replace it then 6 months later broke again took almost 3 months to get the part then had to pay 25.00 before repairman would schedule appt time to fix it. Bought their top-of-the-line Westridge leather sofa and loveseat 4 years ago, along with the extended warranty. Within six months the color wore off the sofa where I normally sit. Great furniture. Poor customer service (at least at the west Little Rock location). Would never get furniture there again!

Guess I should have read these BEFORE I mabe the purchase. Hanks Jonesboro ar, steve was a great guy to deal with. My wife and I paid cash for a love seat ( $1.084.00) it was the floor model. Loaded it, got it home, wife dident like it. I called to return and the manager ( Randy ) EXTREEMLY rude not interested in helping In any way. e also had a HORRIBLE experience! We ordered and it took WEEKS (months) to arrive. The first couch had 3 out of 4 pieces damaged within 2 weeks of having it so we sent it back. SECOND couch-which took forever to get because the "boat sank that was ca rrying it" is now FALLING APART (all less than 6 mo. old at was a $1,200 couch!)
