We were sold a king mattress and box spring with two box springs that don't match. They are refusing to do anything about it! Seriously the worst company ever!

It seems that Hank's fine furniture is only focused on numbers rather than customer service. Just getting a mattress delivered was a nightmare. I had to get a different contracting service to deliver my mattress. The manager was not helpful at all and he was the one who made the sale! This will be the last time I shop at Hank's "fine" furniture.
