My mother purchased a new mattress/box springs and 2 swivel rockers.She loved the fabric pattern on the chair that was on their showroom floor, plus it matched the burgundy leather furniture we intend to put in the living room.

It took 6 weeks to get the chairs because they had to make them (understandable), but when we go them, the fabric is nothing like what we picked out. It is baby blue with white dots. I called the Texarkana store and spoke with our salesperson and he insisted that my mother had changed her mind and ordered this fabric instead. No, she did not!!

Luckily for Hank's, she happens to like this fabric and is going to keep the chairs, but they absolutely will not match the leather furniture at all.

What *** me off the most is the fact that the salesperson will not admit that he made a mistake.She wants some more new furniture, but I will definitely not be taking her to Hank's, you can bet on that!

I liked: Customer service while in the store.

I didn't like: Customer service after chairs delivered.
