Purchased a table and chairs from the Jonesboro store in March 2012 that had to be ordered because the chairs were out of stock. Six weeks later they call to let me know I could come and pick up my order, they didn't even put it together, picked it up in boxes!
Got home and discovered they had ordered the wrong items! After getting no where with the salesman, I spoke with Randy the assistant manager who told me they would reorder the right table and chairs and would deliver it when it came in and pick up the wrong order.
Another 6 weeks and I finally call them and my order is in their store but now they are not going to deliver it until they get another order to deliver to my area!!! I wish I had just gotten my money back 6 weeks ago or saw this web site before purchasing anything with them at all!

The reason most orders take so long is because the poor employees work on commission, well if the order can be held off long enough that sales person goes without pay so in turn they leave to work where they can actually make ends meet .
Another words Hanks will hold off delivery until that person leaves so its all profit for Hanks.

The products aren't worth the wait or the pricey tags either.
Wow! This is horrible, but I believe! Management cussing people, no warranty is upheld, delivery taking 2 to 3 months, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE
