#1 did NOT fix it correctly (still sags)

#2 took forever to schedule #3 they did not even BRING the parts to fix the other half-claimed they did not receive a work order for it! (STILL waiting!!!)

We are taking it back today and demanding $$$ back! The sales staff had nothing to do with this-they have been nice-it is the QUALITY of both the furniture and the repair that is unsatisfactory!

Reason of review: Bad quality.
