I paid for a computer desk and was told 4wks on delivery. That was fine with me.

5wks goes by and I call. I'm told it is on back order and will be a few more weeks. I call again in 4wks. Same story.

Long story short, I have to call then once a month to check the status and never once reserved a courtesy call or update. After waiting 6mo, I expressed my frustration. I finally received a call back and was told they were just going to refund my money. End of discussion.

Not an apology, care, concern, or hesitation from them.

I will never shop Hanks again! The worst lack of customer service I have ever ever received.
