I bought a recliner for F ATHERS DAY for my husband it started making a popping sound right away.then I started noticing stuffing falling out of the chair.
We took it back to Hanks and they have had it for a month. Was supposed to have it worked on yesterday, called them and they said it would be next week before the technition could start on it . We have called everyone we know to call and are getting no where. We are very frustrated.
We have alredy made two 45 mile trips to the store to no avail.
THIS IS REDICULIS.We want a different chair.
